You should make detailed pictures to your controller pcb so you understand what you're using. The petrol pump is ok, the 'injectors for a pressure boost that you're using should be sufficient .At least you can understand whether the unit can use a better firmware

I'm using sintered clutch with competition diaphragm and 6 pills/pads.

Although the pictures are not seen well all components it does not seem all that different from a normal Ms2. The can update with a new firmware msextra.com

Yours is a very old version, the new version is much better. Because in time when they realized that some things could be improved have arranged.
