Dear friend of Leo, You were lucky to break only 2 pistons
the situation is put very bad, first of all it would be better to use a MSEXTRA firmware.
1 AFR Table wrong
2 Table of exaggerated ignition advance
3 VE wrong because you used a required value too high.
You can know what type of injectors have mounted ?

You have an old firmware on the MegaSquirt.
AFR table is for N/A engine
which wideband you have installed?
ms2 v3 semisequential ?

Hello ! Look. I'm using a local megasquirt hardware. It have two differents connectors one have injection and spark outputs. And another have power supply entry boost control programmable outputs etc.... It's use type atx font connectors. I don't know if I can update the firmware and if it works god with this modification.
Afr table wasn't using ego control was of because tuner don't want use I don't know why.
And I'm using 380 cc magnetti marelli high impedance injectors and aem fuel pump 320l/h

I'm using a AEM X series... Yes mega 2 semi sequential
Yes now I know .. before I don't have parameters to know because I didn't have idea of spark advance.

you have a stock trigger wheel?
on many fiat with trigger whell 60-2 the tooth angle BTDC is 114°.
you test with strobo timing light.

We test with strong timing light yes.

You should make detailed pictures to your controller pcb so you understand what you're using. The petrol pump is ok, the 'injectors for a pressure boost that you're using should be sufficient .At least you can understand whether the unit can use a better firmware

Are you using the MS in parallel to the stock ECU?
